Walking to hotel from Tenjin station takes 5 minutes from the nearest exit. Room service is excellent and very comfortable beds. There is a 7-11 shop which connects to the hotel. Many Yatai stalls just across the street

It is an outdated hotel. Decoration needs badly a fresh update. Terrible check-in organization led to a huge queue at check-in time. This could be better sorted out to not lose time. Furniture looks and feels very old. I would rather recommend exploring other hotel brands even near the Hakata area.

The hotel was a little older and the room was smaller than i was expected and the breakfast buffet was very pricey, which we did not use because of it. The location was great. Easy access to the transportation and many shops. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The room was exactly as advertised! Very clean. Sheets are not changed daily unless requested for environmental reasons, but the rest of the room is taken care of.
The only negatives are:
We were on the 3rd floor and it was a little noisy, but much less than you would expect in such a busy area. If you are smell sensitive, the lobby/entrance are difficult. It always smelled very strongly like a perfume.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was really good. The parking service was very convenient and helpful. There was no view from our room, but the hotel is located in a very convenient area, with quick access to the subway station.
