Booked the no clean service double room and honestly I would do it again! This hotel is close to ginza section, great view of the river. Close to the sakumachi bus terminal only 8 minute walk. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are wonderful, why are you still reading?!? Book! It’s worth it!

Strategic location in the center of Kumamoto city, near the mall and Sakuramachi Kumamoto terminal, near the shopping center just walk away, the hotel is clean, complete with toiletries, there is a purifier. Good service 👍.
