盛岡駅から少し距離はありますが、繁華街に近く立地は最適なホテルです。大同苑盛岡総本店が徒歩数分圏内です。ホテルは古い感はありますが、清掃が行き届いておりスタッフの対応も良く、何一つ不自由はありませんでした。また、利用したいホテルです。

予約した際の写真と実際があまりにも違っていました。以前は喫煙を許可していたお部屋のようでタバコの臭いが染み付いており備え付けの空気清浄機をつけずにはいられませんでした。

全く臭いが取れておらず、空気清浄機もタバコ臭いままで何の役にも立たず
さらに、トイレ便座が外れており、さすがに部屋を替えてもらった
掃除の時に気付かないのでしょうか？
