This place is delightful! Easy check-in, super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful facilities. My room was excellent and spacious too. I'll stay again sometime!! Highly recommend!

古いホテルのため、作りなどは古いですが、部屋は清掃も行き届いており価格を考えると満足な宿泊でした。
窓からの景色が、あまり面白さはない作りなのは、人によっては残念かもしれない。
あと1階の共用トイレは最新だけれど、便器の外側などの清掃は改善の余地があるかもしれないです。

施設は古いが清潔に保たれている。十分に価格に見合うホテル。ただ、館内は建て増しの影響で通路が少し複雑。避難経路の確認は必須。餃子目的の場合は、各店舗の閉店時間を確認が必要。おすすめはドンキの地下

A older hotel, but still nice. I found the pillows and bed to be too hard--I could feel the springs in the mattress. The hotel is clean and very well kept. The front desk staff were great and the cleaning staff do an excellent job. My small frustration was the parking fee. The charged ¥1000/night for parking which I thought was fine (¥1500 or more at most places). But then I discovered it was a local surface lot that only cost ¥700 for 24 hours. That just feels "cheap" on the hotel's part.

駐車場が有料かつ隣に出来た綺麗で大きな駐車場が700円に対し、狭いホテルの駐車場が1000円。 ホテルは”提携駐車場なので”との事で対応なし。 広い綺麗な700円の駐車場を使った方が良いです。

建物古くて
エレベーターも乗り換えしないといけないフロアがあり、不便でした。
何よりフロントスタッフの接客がひどいです。
廃れてる理由がよくわかります。
部屋はそれなりに清潔でしたが
暖房が古かったのか悪臭がしました。
壁も薄く隣の人のいびきや外の工事音も聞こえる。

格安のお部屋に泊まりました。
壁紙が裂けていたり、絨毯に大きなシミがあったり、ユニットバスの壁や天井、液体石鹸類の入ったケース等、目につくところに黒いカビが発生していました。
値段相応ですが、ロビーやサービスと比較して室内が古くてメンテナンスされていない感じが気になりました。

フロントスタッフの残念な対応が続き、また利用したいと思えませんでした。
あと、エアコンのききが悪く寒かったです。
加湿空気清浄機がないホテルも今時珍しいなと
大変なご時世ですが、改善を期待して書きました頑張ってください。

駅からバス停一つ分歩きます。フロントは広くて良い感じですが、客室は古さを感じます。清潔さを心がけているとは思いますが、スリッパは紙の中敷があれば良いなぁ、トイレ便座は暖かいと良いなぁとか、改善の余地はたくさんあるかと思いました。

宇都宮駅から、ゆっくり歩いて10分は許容。
歴史がありそうな建構えでも、スタッフさんの心構えかすごく綺麗にメインテナンスされていて気持ちよくお部屋を使わせていただきました。不満と言えば空調。暖房を入れると途端に暑くなり、細かな調整が難しかったことと、何となくドライな環境が保てなかったことでしょうか。
あと、朝食やサウナなど別会計かもしれまんが、その辺の案内があっても良かったのかなぁと思いました。ルームキー（カード）を渡してあとはご自分でみたいな感じだったので、寂しさを覚えました（笑）
