Very convenient to ferry, a short bus ride away from the train station. Good breakfast, coin laundry, amazing view. Large room, hotel staff very helpful. Clean and comfortable.

We loved this place. Gorgeous views of the bay, delightful staff and fellow guests, elegant holiday atmosphere. The room is spacious and stylish; the breakfast option is really good. Local organic farms abound, and the train ride into Shimabara is like a step back in time. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, and a convenient city bus goes to the historic volcano site, which is very compelling and informative. An hourly ferry goes to Kumamoto for connection with high speed trains. Not to be missed.

当日、突然の送迎予約をしてもらえましたが、事前に送迎予約が必要だと思いました。
ホテルのレストランも確認が必要。宿泊日は混んでて利用できないことを知らされた。
周辺に飲食店は殆どなく困りました。
ホテルはとても綺麗で部屋からの眺めも良かった。期待以上でした。

Hotel staff were very friendly and inviting, futon was made up which was good for my youngest who was only 1. The establishment was clean. My only complaint was the bed was not soft, but if you enjoy a more firm bed this is the place for you.

I stayed at the Japanese Western Style room in the new wing. The room is clean and well-kept. However, it falls short of feeling luxurious. The floor felt like it was made of linoleum and it wasn’t laid out that smoothly. Also, the flow of the room feels a bit off.
I chose the new wing because I wanted to try the panoramic bath. There were tiles with black grouting and tiles with white grouting which made me wonder how is the cleaning like.
The dinner was Japanese Western. The breakfast was buffet.

夕食の際、子供がお世話になりました。
一部の方は凄く親切にしてもらい居心地は良かったと思います。
ただ寒くて暖房を操作していたのですが、スタッフが冷房に変えられたのは少し不満でした。後すぐに帰れオーラがあったためゆったりできませんでした。

とにかく、スタッフの皆さんが親切でした！
忘れ物したら、すぐに連絡下さったり、駅まで送迎してくれたり、めちゃくちゃ親切でした。
朝から掃除を熱心にされていました。
修学旅行や大会に出場する学生さんが、たくさんいました。
露天風呂付き客室にしましたが、6月なのに海風が冷たくて寒くて、とても入れなかった。
潮風が爽やかで、潮でベタつくとかがない事に驚いた！そして、ホテルの水の美味しいこと。近くのイオンで買った水より、ホテルの蛇口から出る水の方が美味しいなんて、初めてでした！地元の人によると、島原は、湧き水が出る土地で水が美味しくて、有名だそう。
またぜひこのホテルに来たいと思いました！

水が美味しくて買ってきたペットボトルの水より、部屋の水道の水の方が美味しく感動しました。
スタッフさんが親切でした。掃除もキレイにしてありましたが、カーテンとクローゼットの中のが少し痒かったように感じました。
