First time traveler to Japan and the staff were very helpful! The room was so comfy, and the breakfast was amazing. There’s also a train station and family mart within walking distance and it was so convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

Such a great stay! The staff was amazing and we never had any issues. There was unlimited shopping and restaurants walking distance as well as several train stations just a 5min walk away! Would definitely stay again!

Would not recommend. We over paid and was unsafe. Room was clean but the bathroom was not. Do NOT stay here or anywhere in Douglas. Way over priced.

Best Hotel in Japan...we booked bc easy to get to from Narita. Amazing comfort. Heated toliet seat. Comfortable beds! Love!! Very affordable and 5 Star experoence.

I thought the property was in a decent location, about 15 minute walk from Chiba JR station, or if you took the Keisei line, about 2 minutes from Chibachuo station.
The room was a decent size, and it had a bathtub, fridge and other usual amenities. The only negative was there was a lack of grocery stores close by. There was a convenience store every block, but the nearest grocer was about 10 minutes away.

Extremely close to the nearest station (less than 3 minute walk), clean room. The air conditioner was confusing to use, I didn't know how to set a comfortable temperature, it was either too hot or too cold. But the bed was very warm so I could deal with it being cold.
