We loved the hotel experience, decor, lighting and staff. My one minor complaint is that the layout of the hotel is such that you might have to walk a while from the elevator to your room. Also the surrounding area is not hustle bustle which is nice if you want a very quiet and safe environment outside the hotel. but it’s sorta like the Wall Street / finance district so at night it is very quiet. Another thing of note, there isn’t really room service. There is takeaway from the restaurant which is Michelin recommend* but comes in a take away box to your room with paper utensils so that makes the experience not optimal. So I recommend you go down the the restaurants. Very nice but we had a toddler so prefer in-room dining. Overall-We loved it and would recommend it again.

Extremely difficult to fund because there is no Hyatt signage; hotel entrance is not marked; print size on room materials is too small for elderly person. This hotel was obviously designed for young people and should say so. Will not return to this hotel.
