Best location for transit. If you are already too tired to stroll the city, this hotel is the best place to stay for transit. The check-in experience is very convenient since they have many check-in machines with assistance. It only takes 5-10 minutes to proceed. The room is clean as Japan standard and has a nice view of the airport. From the room to the check-in counter, it takes 15 minutes to walk

Lovely hotel but the room was tiny and one side of the bed was so tight it was a bit of a squeeze to get into bed and no bedside cabinet or shelf in that side! Storage for the room was lacking, in that respect, so luckily only stayed one night. The room itself was however very clean and tidy, we had previously stayed at the Royal Park Hotel which is quite close by and the size of the room there was much better

We chose this hotel to be near the airport before we flew out of Tokyo for convenience and I will saw it was super fast and easy to get onto our flight. We stayed 2 nights and used the Onsen one day, which very relaxing! We liked all the dining and shopping options as last minute purchase before we left Japan.
I will say the hotel room is very small, basic and unimpressive. Luckily it was our last stay in Japan so it more made us ready to go home. The lobby also was very busy and chaotic when new flights arrived and filled up the lobby. The hotel amenities are also offered to non hotel guests, meaning people who are at the airport but want to pay for the Onsen and stuff.
Other than the small room and it being very crowded and busy, it was a pretty hotel and not a bad place for when you’re leaving the next day.

I’m normally leery about airport hotels, but this one is different. They have an easy self check in system. The room was larger than anticipated (but still compact). There was a large flat screen TV, the WiFi was easy to access and the bathroom was also nice. It was an easy indoors walk to the airport and there were like 10 restaurant options.

This hotel is very convenient and clean. You have everything you need and it's super closed to terminal 3. The spa inside the hotel was also one of the highlight. I will definitely recommend to anyone that wants to stay close airport without the worrying and rushing for next day flight.
