Best location for transit. If you are already too tired to stroll the city, this hotel is the best place to stay for transit. The check-in experience is very convenient since they have many check-in machines with assistance. It only takes 5-10 minutes to proceed. The room is clean as Japan standard and has a nice view of the airport. From the room to the check-in counter, it takes 15 minutes to walk

The hotel is inside Terminal 3, but outside customs/immigration. It is very convenient if you have a layover at Haneda. The hotel is very quiet considering it is mostly a transit hotel and people are likely checking in and out at all hours of the day and night. There is a self check-in and check-out process, but someone is there to help you if you hit any issues. The breakfast is decent, can get a bit crowded, but has most of what you want. The room size is what you expect of a Japanese hotel, it isn't large, but again, this is pretty standard for Japan. They also give you PJs or something you can wear to the onsen. I saw a lot of people wearing it going to the onsen, but we didn't use it.
It is actually hard to find the hotel from the outside, we took a cab to Shibuya and our taxi driver had a hard time finding a place to drop us off back at the hotel. We had to kind of use a back entrance and the nice cab driver stayed to make sure we could get in that way before leaving us.

Really nice hotel I’ve been staying here since it opened. The hotel is clean, WiFi is fast, bed is comfortable, staff are friendly an it’s walking distance from terminal 3. Can’t go wrong staying here

Connected to Terminal 3, outside secure area. Need to get through immigration/customs.
Con: if you take public transportation then need to come back before midnight, as most local trains stop around that time. If you are looking for nightlife, then this may not be the place to stay
Pro: as I came back around midnight, my commute to security check was 5 mins the next morning.
Hotel room itself was excellent, as one works expect in Japan.

convenient to airport but nasty and very basic rooms. The nearby food hall was revolting. I could not hear the phone for early wakeup as no volume . I would not stay here again. Staff were very nice but then most japanese people are. It is basically a cheap Ibis. Clean bed so I guess none of this matters if you just need to sleep.

We had such a great stay at grand haneda villa fontaine ! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for unwinding after a long flight. The location is incredibly convenient, especially since the hotel is directly connected to the airport. It made our arrival and departure so easy and stress-free!
The biggest highlight for us was the breakfast — absolutely amazing! So many delicious options, everything was fresh and well-prepared. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had.
The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. With the comfort, great service, and unbeatable location, we would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone flying in or out of the area.
