Excellent location, quality of rooms and staff. If you have kids I would recommend a visit to small world across the road… it was one of the highlights for my family of two school aged kids!

Large, modern hotel, short walk to big mall with lots of shopping and food courts. Room was large enough to accomodate family of 4, kids were sleeping on the raised floor on Japanese bed/futons. Super clean and nice!

Beautiful hotel, fabulous breakfast buffet. We checked in by kiosk as we were arriving late, but still had assistance. Highly recommend.

Rooms are tiny. Upgraded to the larger tatami room, then much better. Breakfast is good. Convenient location to Tokyo Big Sight.

Booked a 4 beds in a room, got 2 beds and 2 mattresses for sleeping on floor, expected little better for $650 per night. Also was it expedias fauly or hotels, we checked in late due to event at 12 am and were asked to check out at 9 am. I could not sleep well that night.

I recently stayed at Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and located in a peaceful area with convenient access to public transport and shopping. The rooms were spacious for Tokyo standards, with thoughtful amenities and great attention to cleanliness.
The staff was polite and helpful, though there were moments where communication in English was a bit challenging — but they always made the effort to assist. The on-site facilities, including the public bath and dining options, were excellent additions to our stay.
My only minor complaint was that the check-in process felt a bit impersonal due to the use of kiosks, and I wish there were more kid-friendly activities available on-site, especially since we were traveling with a child.
Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it for families or anyone looking for a quiet, well-appointed hotel in Tokyo.

Excellent front desk staff and service as well as the ones who keep our room clean. So appreciative of all their services. The Onsen staff also was very helpful until I got the hang of what to do. Everyone was professional but so kind!!

Enjoyed very much for the foot bath. It is so relaxing and complimentary from Villa Fontaine. The ministop convenience store is the added bonus to the hotel. The walking distance to Ariake Garden is the best.

Great sized room for a family of 4. Excellent facilities, staff helpful, free shuttle bus to key areas. Great access to Ariake Garden shopping centre and convenience stores (literally next door). About 5-7 mins walk to nearest train and 5 mins to bus. Can also walk to Team Lab too. Good in terms of being equal distance from everywhere by train-city centre, Shibuya area and Disneyland!
