Hotel Welco Narita

The building is rather old, and it may require renovation. I must say it is most covenant location to the public transportations as well as dining and afire hours enjoyment.

The hotel staff are kind and gentle. And yet the service is professional. The amenities and tea service are good. There are many convenience stores around the station. There are restaurants and izakayas inside the hotel. Water was cheap at the Matsukiyo pharmacy. There are two other places to do more shopping: Aeon Town, which is a 10-minute walk away, or Aeon Mall Narita, which is a 20-minute shuttle ride (220 yen) from Keisei Station. The rooms in the Annex are spacious and have large beds. The roomwear is comfortable. The overall structure is old and the hallways are dark. The bathrooms need to be renovated. There is a coin laundry, but the location is lonely, so I think it should be at the front desk on the first floor. It was an excellent location next to the JR and Keisei lines, so it was easy to stay there.

It was good. The property on the hallway smells muggy.

Good size room

The hotel is very close by the trains. It was very easy to get from Narita to Tokyo. Staff was very friendly as well. I highly recommend it!

The carpet smells, the bathroom is horrible!!! Very dirty, we just check in and already found a pubic hair on the bathroom floor…the hotel need maintenance and beautification to attract customers.

Location is good but facilities are quite old not clean. Beds are not comfortable.

Near a park with amazing temples and walking gardens. Also a convenience store across the street.

Nice, clean, and convenient with the rail system within easy walking distance.

Bed sheets were dirty bathroom smelled like piss. Checked out 3 hours after hecking in to go to another hotel.

They have an old motel they bought out. The condition of the place is not good. Non of the rooms are nonsmoking as multiple rooms they put us in had strong cigarette smell. Not ventilation or air conditioning at all. Front desk messed up on issuing correct key cards multiple times. Because they put you in the other building, getting to the front desk is very inconvenient as you have to go through a bridge on a particular floor each time to go up or down. It was very suffocating until we were finally able to open window. Was seriously considering walking out. I would not take family here.

Convenient location

This hotel is horrible. We did not even stay the night we left an hour into being there and didn't even try to argue or get a refund. There is no AC and the room was burning! The only window has no safety mechanism so we could open it fully and being on the 5th floor if we fell out we would be dead. The toilet, sink and shower were decades old and worked about as well as they could which wasn't great. The bed was horrible and extremely old. I mean come on what more can I say then it was so bad we left.

Reception very compromised with our request

Once we checked in and walked into the elevator we knew it was going to be bad just old,dirty and outdated ...left in twenty minutes
