It's near to the Narita airport, and the hotel offers a free shuttle to - and from hotel to the airport. The room is cozy and quite large. Bathtub is also available, :-) which is in many hotels is no longer available, or bathtub is a luxury! We stayed 5 days there.

"close" to the airport but in the middle of nowhere with nothing close by to walk to and the places that can be walked to are over a 15 minute walk and close early (8-9PM depending on what you want/need). Elevator doors only say open for about 15 seconds before quickly closing and keep trying to close even if a bag is in the way so no safety steps in place. Whole hotel has a musty smell and my room on the 5th floor smelled soo bad at 10pm that I had to open the window in the summer and keep my room door open for a while to allow fresh air and circulation. Room said it has A/C but it didn't work, only made a sound of it trying to work but no air blew out. Mold and mildew in the bathroom around the circulation fan. Son wanted to play in the outdoor pool in the morning to beat the heat but when we woke up and went down to check it out, we were greeted with a slimy green pool. Check out is 11am but we left way before that due to all the hotel failures.

It’s always nice coming here. They have really nice coach bus that shuttles you for free to and from airport. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and their restaurant downstairs is wonderful with nice buffet meals and drinks.

Staff was amazing!!! Very kind and helpful. The rooms were small, dated & musty smelling also not many plug ins for devices ect. No heat but staff brought us a portable heater and an extra blanket was on the room.

The property was far from town, but provided a bus to and from town and to the airport. The breakfast was a bit expensive and wasn’t worth the price. The staff were helpful and let us check in early. Our stay was ok.

Overall good for a one night stay. Bery small room, i guess is like that in Japan, not pristine clean, food options are not good, loved the hot baths and they give you a complimentary entrance to the baths.

The hotel is great to have free shuttle to airport as well as shopping malls. However, the timing seems to be awkward. For example, two hours apart for shuttle to airport in the evening. Need some planning in that. The breakfast buffet is pretty good with various options.

Staff was very accommodating, the food inside was okay, the room itself and the beds were pretty outdated, a little stuffy , no charging ports or outlets for your devices.
