Located next to subway station, with convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the staffs are nice, especially when dealing with customers who speak Japanese. The staffs don't speak English and can sometimes com across as cold when dealing with foreign customers. The hotel is clean. Don't use the washing machine here, it can only handle a few small pieces of clothes, anything more than that can turn into a disaster.

Only a few minutes walk from Kyobashi train station. The station even had a sign to address where the hotel was, so it was super easy to find it. The hotel has everything guests need such as convenience store, microwave, washing machine, vending machine and ice machine. There are many stores and restaurant within walking distance and Osaka Castle is only around 15 minutes walk as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I recommend this hotel to everyone who travel around Kansai area.

松下IMPホールのイベントで宿泊しました。
会場まで濡れずに行けるのと大浴場が最高でした！温度がちょうど良かった。また、ルームウェアの着心地が良いのとストレートアイロン貸し出しがあったのがうれしかったです。
フロントの方がもう少し笑顔があると嬉しいかな。。。女性も男性も。冷たい感じがしました。レストランの担当者さん、清掃担当の方は笑顔で対応◎でした！総合的に満足しました。

初めて利用させていただきましたが、施設内もきれいで、大阪城ホールにも行きやすかったです。
掃除は丁寧にされているのですが、テレビのリモコンに前に宿泊された方が落とされただろうと思われるメイク(ラメ入り)の汚れがついていました。そこまで見るのは難しいと思いますが…
でもスタッフの方の対応も丁寧で、気持ち良く宿泊できので、次回も利用したいと思いました。

大阪城はもちろん、京阪線、JR線駅からすぐなので便利です。朝食が工夫されていてビジネスホテルの域は超えていたのが、サプライズでした。お風呂も清潔なので好感持てます。
