The manager was so gracious to us. We incorrectly booked a smoking room, but he changed it to a non-smoking one per our request without any fee. We can also freely get the supplies at the reception area. The room was small for a two bed but it was very clean. Plus, the hotel is like a 5-minute walk to the shin osaka train station. :) Recommended. Value for money.

Smaller rooms, doors open in, so a little cramped. Wish A/C was colder. 7/11 on first floor 24 hours was amazing. Lots of elevators, very wonderful staff!

First time visited Osaka. Excellent location, walking distance from Shin-Osaka station. Room is small, but expected. Very clean, staffs are excellent. Definitely come back and highly recommended to friends and family members.

The staff were very friendly and the location was very convenient for transportation. They also have a konbini right at the bottom of the hotel which is very nice.

Good in terms of amenities and the bathroom is average (a bit cramped), but the (smoking room) bedroom had a strong smell of smoke and the walls had some stains. There is an air purifier at least, but it doesn't remove the smell entirely; I had a hard time breathing at night. Staff were very nice if we needed extra help checking in/out.

Very kind staff, I wish the room was a little bigger, I thought it was a little uncomfortable for two people, but the facilities such as the convenience store and restaurant made it helpful especially for late night check-in like I did.

Property is okay. I booked room with breakfast and paid extra for it. As i went for my first breakfast i told them that i had gluten allergy so want to avoid food with gluten. They refuse to serve me breakfast and told the money i paid will be refunded but never got refunded. Every other place i stayed the restaurant just show me food with gluten and i eat rest. I am not sure why they wont serve me food for gluten allergy.
