Kashiwa House Furano

Peaceful, beautiful scenery and homely. The hosts were friendly and helpful to share about transport and food options, and answered my questions when I had difficulty navigating Furano (my first time in Hokkaido). As a solo traveler without a car, I am grateful that they picked me up on my first day and sent me to the bus stop on my last day. House is very comfortable and spacious. Thanks Penguin and Jane for being such great hosts!

Accomodation was comfortable for family of 3 (including my infant). Host was friendly and accommodating to our requests. Dining options were pretty good too, we had our dinner at a shabu shabu restaurant 1-2 mins walk away from the apartment and lots of other options around the area if you drive. Overall we had a comfortable 2 nights here :)

We loved our stay at Kashiwa house. Jane was an excellent hostess and made us feel right at home. The house is well equipped and close to the ski lifts. The beds were super comfy and we all enjoyed our holiday stay.

The property is convenient and at a nice quiet location.

Very convenient and easy access to all sight seeing routs. House was clean and fully equipped. There is rack and washing machine for us to do some laundry . Hope to book again during winter season.

Windy and Penguin go above and beyond to make you feel very welcome. No requests seemed to be a problem for them. The apartment has been designed extremely well for a very comfortable winter sport vacation for four people. The apartment is located a short walk to the ski village which had an incredible amount of snow whilst we were there. My only tip for travelers is to bring cash for the town as most vendors, bars and restaurants only take cash.

I very recommend this unit, is super special NICE & GOOD! Is super nice unit with super friendly host Windy&Mr Penguin to explain all house facilities and near by famous restaurant & malls. Near by limited 🛍️ shopping mall Walking distance to 🎿Ski Mountain. Good for family stay with fully amenities facilities kitchen. Extra bed & pillow provided. Easy check in & check out.

This host is very nice and he shared a lot of dining and activities info with us. He speaks fluent Cantonese as well as English and mandarin so there is no problem at all in terms of communication. The house is spacious and clean and my kids love it much.

It was a very cosy place. Very well-maintained and clean. The place is located in a quiet residential area. Host is very nice & generous with information on the main attractions and available dining options in Furano.

Magnificient perfection! Host was the most amazing ever! Even before arriving, our host already texted me to provide assistance and when my family arrived, he guided us through the entire property! Place was extremely spacious for my family of 4 adults and 1 child and we had zero complains about anything. The property was in a wondrous location, a hop and jump from the ski slopes and there was restaurants and convenience stores nearby. This has been by far, the best Apartment I have ever stayed in, and i guarantee that you will have no issues whatsoever if you stayed here! Thanks for a memorable Furano experience!

This was the first stop of our 12-day Hokkaido trip. We were extremely pleased and surprised with the amazing quality of the accommodation and the friendly welcome we got from the owner! The living room and dining area is on the upper floor whilst the rooms were downstairs, I thought this was quite convenient as we didn't have to move all our luggage upstairs! We loved the living room and dining area, it's great if you are travelling with family. The bed and duvet were very comfortable and we all had a great night sleep! The accommodation really made our stay much more enjoyable. This is definitely a hidden gem in Hokkaido!

Beautiful house, has everything you require whilst away from home. Host (Penguin) was really friendly and genuine, orientating us the nearby amenities and good restaurant. Highly recommend this place!

因為我選擇的房形是在二樓 所以我要經樓梯搬運我的行李上落 而且樓梯亦比較窄 但是酒店地理位置很方便 主人亦可以用多種流利語言溝通 住宿入邊所提供的亦應有盡有 工具齊全亦可煮食

The whole property was very good only the dining place is not enough
