Super lovely stay, this was our second stay at this hotel, we stayed for 10 days and every day is perfect, cleanliness, location, services. Would love to stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo.

Perfect place for a solo traveler. The location of this hotel is perfection. You could still find quietness in the Ginza area. The interior is also brand new, which is great. They even have their own lounge on each floor. Will definitely go back here again!

Modern hotel without any dining facilities in the heart of the Ginza. Tiny but efficient rooms. Clinical, impersonal, charmless but ok for basic accommodation in Tokyo. The only food available is an ice cream vending machine in the lobby.

The room was small and required a key card if you wanted AC, which is common in Tokyo. The station was pretty far from the location, so it was a walk to get anywhere. If you are looking to shop more in Ginza, this would be your hotel. Food spots were very difficult to find and we walked almost 1 miles before we decided to just get 7-11. The 7-11 tends to get packed during the night, probably because we were all searching for food. I am unsure if they do luggage forwarding but they do hold luggage! The amenities have to be picked up at the front, and they do have a chill spot for you to eat. There is a microwave, ice and water machine on the first floor which is great.

I understand majority if not all of the hotel rooms are tiny in Japan however, the hotel room we got was so small, 2 people and 2 luggages did not fit. We had to take turns in moving around. No space in room to eat, we had to go down to lobby to sit somewhere. And the shower curtain is yellow, looks like it has not been changed out in months!

Location was excellent, easy walking access to a number of metro lines and Tokyo station. 711 almost opposite the hotel and other shops and restaurants nearby. Room however was tiny. Twin beds but impossible for the person in the bed nearest the window to get in or out without climbing across the other bed. No storage space except under the bed, little seat would be better replaced with shelves or drawers. Room description did not include area, would book a larger room another time.

The location is great, in a luxury area, easy access to public transit. Our only concern was the room, it was very small, but regardless I highly recommend it.
