KOKO HOTEL Hakata Station

The rooms were the usual small rooms found in japan hotels. The toilet was separate from the bath which was a good feature. The room was clean. Location was around 5mins walk from hakata station. There was free coffee and cocoa at the lobby. Well recommended. we enjoyed our stay.

They don’t regulate the air condition like other hotels. All the staff was super friendly!

Even though the room was small, the service support was excellent. We used this hotel for 20 days while travelling around Fukuoka and the surroundings. I love how they change your towels every two days to help save the planet. They offer coffee tea even hot cocoa packs in the lobby along with bubble bath crystals, and skin care for your needs. Surrounding restaurants and the hotel itself offers breakfast. I ever tried their dinner. Family mart, Lawton’s and 7/11 are all nearby too. Hotel is situated close to the bus and train stations and only a three block walk to the hotel from Hakata Airport line.

Staff was very friendly, communicate effectively even tho not much speak English. They do have a translator device, but just knowing basic Japanese will help. Family mart and Lawson located in the same block. They even offer luggage service to airport or another hotel. Would recommend and would stay again!!
