コスパに関して、今まで宿泊したホテルのうちでトップだと思います。
スタッフの対応の良さもさることながら、無料の朝夕食はおいしい。バストイレ付きはもちろん、今回、大浴場には入っていないけど、倉敷美観地区のど真ん中にあるのに、この値段でこれだけのサービスを提供してもらって、やっていけるのだろうかと心配になったほど。
今回は事情で一人で泊まりましたが、帰宅して妻に話をしたところ驚いていました。
次回は夫婦連れでお世話になります。

フロントスタッフの対応がよく気持ち良いのに設備不良が多すぎる
宿泊部屋のウォッシュレット便座は電源が入らず使用できない、ベッド下からはゴミが出てくる、共用大浴場ではシャワーホースやカランからの漏れ、シャワーヘッドホルダーのガタつき、脱衣所のロッカー鍵のバンド切れなど数えきれず 宿泊料金を少し上げてでも設備修理改修すべき このようなことでホテルの評価が下がってしまうことはスタッフがかわいそうでならない

駅近で、朝ごはんが付いて、大浴場もあって、値段も手頃でとても満足しています。
春休み中ということもあって、団体のお客さんが多く、朝ご飯の会場が混んでいたので、席を確保するのが、大変でした。
21時までにチェックインすれば、晩ご飯も付いてくるのは、すごくいいですね。

宿泊施設の経年劣化は仕方ないと思いますが
カーペットの交換、布団の交換などは定期的に
されたほうがいいと思いました。

大浴場はありがたかったが、浴場までの通路が屋外で雨で濡れ水溜ができていました。脱衣所は2～3人しか入れない広さです。

安さで選びました。お風呂はカビ、備付のドライヤーもコードにカビ等年季が入ってます。全体的に昭和感あり年季入ってます。
客層も建築系や土方の方も多いです。
朝食も最低限。安さを求める方には良いんでしょうね。
