Is really close to Canal City and Yatai area only 2 minutes walk. 20 minutes walk to Tenjin area. The view for the canal is amazing.

Awesome place next to the river, close to everything. The apartment was spacious and clean and the staff very helpful. Highly recommended.

First arrived the property with a receptionist brief us while never looking at us. It was not too bad until we took elevator to our level, the building is exactly facing the cemetery if it concerns you. For us as a family, with the glroomy mood made by the receptionist, it’s not very comfortable.

Nice location. Good view of riverside and quite around. Check in time is not so early (5 o’clock evening) is only issue but reception people are friendly and very helpful to all the requests.

The area was quiet, safe and walkable to Canal City. The lady in the reception area was helpful though there was a little struggle in communication, she was exerting an effort to extend help.

Seems like a new apartment building. Apartment size is excellent for 2 persons, but for more occupants with big luggage bags, space will be tight. Nice canal facing. Disadvantage: only 1 elevator, so if it breaks down or there’s emergency, it’ll be terrible. Thank God, we had a something-going safe stay.

We wanted to stay close to “Yatai” ( venders on the street and Canal City (one of the famous shopping mall in Fukuoka) and the hotel more like condo was located on the perfect spot with a reasonable price. The front desk was very friendly and the room had very comfortable setting. If I visit Canal City again, I definitely stay at this hotel.

初めて利用させていただきました。買い物にも比較的便利な場所でとても綺麗なお部屋で快適でした。少し気になったのは窓をロックすると隙間風？の音が気になり少し開けて休みました。でもとても満足しました。

객실에서 바퀴벌레가 나와서 프론트에 문의했더니 살충제만 틱 주고 끝이었습니다. 전문적인 호텔이 아니라 딱히 불만이 있는 건 아니었습니다만 직원의 태도가 너무 별로였습니다

몇몇분들이 청결하지 않고 위치가 애매하다고 하셔서 걱정을 많이 했는데 저희 가족은 만족스런숙소였어요
레지던스라 공간이 넓어 여유롭게 지낼수있고 더블사이즈의 침대 2개와 쇼파베드 1개가 있어서 세식구 편하게 잤어요
베란다에 건조대를 놓을수있을만큼의 공간과 나카스강의 야경을 볼수있다는 점이 너무 좋더라구요
하카타역과 텐진과의 거리가 있는건 맞는데 걸어서 다닐만했고 캐널시티가 5분도 안걸리는곳에 있고 야나기바시 시장도 가깝고 동네 골목골목에 숨겨진 맛집들이 많아서 넘 좋았네요ㅎㅎ
다음에 부모님과 오게되면 다시 방문하고 싶은곳입니다

호텔이라기 보다는 아파트형식의 숙박업소인데요~ 사진에 나온 것보다 훨씬 더 깨끗하고 넓었습니다. 조용했고, 위치적으로 아주 훌륭했습니다. 수건이 부족하다는 정보는 미리 알고 갔기때문에 갈때 안쓰는 수건을 미리 챙겨가서 쓰고 버리고 왔고, 세제가 1개 준비되어 있었고, 캡슐세제와 빨래집게를 몇개 가져가서 더운 날씨라 아침마다 베란다에 수건을 널고 나왔더니 훨씬 더 여유롭게 사용이 가능했어요. 만약에 그렇지 않았다면, 수건은 매우 부족합니다.(인당 1개만 준비되어 있슴) 호텔의 서비스가 아닌 것을 인지하고 간다면, 다른 모든 조건은 너무나 훌륭해요. 주방사용, 냉장고, 에어컨도 2개, 넓은 침대2개, 욕실과 화장실의 구분, 도보로 캐널시티가 5분이내로 있다는 것, 편의점도 5분 이내, 택시도 빨리 잘 잡혔고, 가족여행시 후쿠오카에서 지내야 한다면 추천드릴 수 있어요.

성인 세명이서 갔는데 덕분에 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다그치만 네명이상은 캐리어 두는 곳까지 생각하면 좀 무리일 것 같아요 그리고 캐널시티나 역이랑 돈키호테도 가까워서 위치도 너무 좋았구요 직원 분도 세세하게 설명해주시고 너무 친절하셨어요! 나카스 강 뷰인 것도 좋았습니다 바닥이 좀 더러웠던 것 빼고는 침구도 화장실도 너무 깨끗했어요☺️ 다음에 후쿠오카에 오면 또 방문하고 싶어요 그리고 넷플릭스도 돼요!!
