記念日の旅行だったのですが、とても親切で心のこもった接客をしていただいて本当に行ってよかったなーと思いました。
部屋備え付けの露天風呂も温泉で景色もよく気持ち良かったです。
ご飯は流石牡蠣の産地にあるホテルらしく、最高でした!
また行きたいと思います♪

美味しいものを食べて温泉に入って、ゆっくり休養したい旅だったので、大満足でした。
温泉はすこし狭いけれど清潔で、サウナもあり、掛け流しのお湯が溢れて湯温、湯質も良かったです。
夕食はバイキングの他に牡蠣鍋つき。白味噌仕立てで美味しかったです。
オーシャンビューの部屋から昇る朝日が見られてよかったです。

古いことと汚いことは違います。
人手不足イコールサービス低下でもありません。
感染防止とは何かも分かってません。

そもそもエクスペディアはもう使わない。
子供も大人料金だし、、ペット可になってなかった。
宿泊施設側で急遽対応してくれたことは良かったが、プールやジャグジーが全く掃除されていなかった。部屋の床もシーツもシミなどがあったし、ゴキブリもでた。
食事のバイキングも連泊しても毎日同じだったのも残念。スタッフもきちんと対応出来る方が少なすぎる。フロントデスクは大体無人で、レストランにスタッフを探しに行かないといけない。スタッフの教育がしっかりされているとは思えない。

サービスの質が高いわけではないし、部屋も絨毯などは古くすりきれたままですが、リゾートスタイルの調度類と瀬戸内海だけで納得できてしまいます。
ビジネス泊だったので食事等については未体験ですが、とにかくロケーションは抜群です。
