The hotel is clean modern and quiet with very comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast choices are excellent with both western and Japanese food and good coffee. Free shuttle from the airport is great, however the return shuttle to the airport only runs in the morning. Our flight home was at 10pm so we stored our luggage and took the train. The Otorii metro station is 4 minutes walk along the street for trips to other parts of Tokyo. Download and study the maps well in advance if you're going to use it though! We ate dinner at their restaurant, expensive and not have much choice on the menu but after a full day exploring we didn't want to go out again! We definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you to all Mercure Haneda staff.

We loved the hotel. Everything about it was great. We loved talking with the evening bartender too. He called himself Shack (not sure of the spelling).

I stayed at Mercure Hotel Haneda and overall had a pleasant experience, even though it was only for a short transit stay before my flight.
The room was very clean, well-equipped with an air purifier and complete amenities, including sleepwear provided in the room. I was lucky to get an upgrade to a king bed, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service, which is a convenient option. However, the shuttle only runs during limited hours—pick-up service from Haneda Airport is available in the evening, and drop-off to the airport is only available in the morning. Outside those hours, you’ll need to take a train or taxi.
That said, it’s still a solid choice for travelers—very clean, good facilities, and overall a reliable hotel near Haneda.

Overall experience on mercure never turn wrong. Even this count as airport hotel (nearby). Location is decent with transport provided and price is reasonable.

There is a shuttle bus to Haneda Airport and once every half hour. So it's easy to fit the flight schedule. After a day of Citi Tour do Tokyo, get off Otori station and walk 3 minutes to the hotel.

The shuttle to the airport is ONLY from 4am to 12.30pm and didn't explicitly mentioned in the website. Totally ruined my last day ' s plan in Tokyo. Will not stay at Mercure Haneda nor recommend it to anyone.

Semua nya Excelent Kecuali Breakfast nya, Sangat Standart, Kurang. Tidak Lengkap Tidak ada Omlet Untuk Menu Western nya, Menu Japanese nya Juga Tidak Lengkap. Itu saja.
