It has a shuttle service from the Sendai station to the hotel. Great view from room and Onsen. The decor is slightly dated but in good shape. I would visit again!

The hotel staff was wonderful to me and my friend though they could not speak much English they tried their best to show us around the hotel and personally showed us to our room. During dinner service, the waiter that was serving us also tried his best to tell us about the food we were eating and when he could not translate some of the dishes he was willing to use his phone to translate what he was saying in English. They even helped us pick out drinks for us to try and the frozen beer was the best. The room was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. They made our stay a delightful experience.

Loved this place. Nice view. Good food. Hope Minamisanriku will be fully rebuilt soon.

The bath overlooking the bay was wonderful! But the damaged area immediately below the bath really needs to be cleaned up.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with delightful sea views.
It was frustrating that Expedia's page represented that only breakfast was included at this hotel, but it turned out that both dinner and breakfast were included. We had eaten elsewhere before arriving, so our meals were wasted. Expedia needs to correct its data (and, frankly, should compensate us for their error).

ご飯もお風呂もよかったです。
特に海辺の露天がとても気持ちよかったです。湯温はちょっと熱めかと思います。
南館に宿泊しました。部屋の設備は古いと思うけど清潔です。
部屋にはコップ、冷水、ポットがあります。
湯呑みはないので、使いたい時はフロントに電話する必要があるかと思います。
次は秋か冬に来てみたいと思いました。
