Minn Chitose

Convenient and easy to get to the airport, large rooms although the light switches were a bit difficult to find (kitchen one was hidden behind a microwave!). Kitchen and Bathroom/laundry was modern but bathroom entrance was a bit tight on space. Overall would recommend if you have a car as a stopover

It has all you need, clean and comfortable and very pocket friendly. Ideal if you need to catch an early flight or late arrival into CTS. There is nothing arround the property which was not an issue for us as we have a rented car. Check in was easy with clear instructions provided.

Very reasonably priced overnight stay before catching a flight from CTS. Requires a car for easy access. Check-in and check-out was simple and fuss-free. Apartment was functional and great for my family.

Clean, modern, comfortable. Super close to the airport, so very convenient, that way. Really not that far of a drive from Sapporo City. The only thing I could recommend would be that the hotel have a shuttle from the airport. It was a 20 minute walk in a snowstorm for us to get to the hotel from the train station.

Excellent stay here at this property, Soba restaurant across the road and well within walking distance of my place of work. Very happy overall with the hotel.

Checking in was a little confusing. No staff onsite. You had to call them on the tablet provided at the front desk to check in. In order for them to even speak to you, you had to complete a form online. The whole thing was very frustrating and confusing. It shouldn't have taken that long to check in and I wish there was someone at the front desk and not on a tablet. Transportation to airport was very challenging. Taxi/Uber, or Train do not run until after 7:00 a.m. I had an early flight at 7:45 a.m. and couldn't find any services to take me to the airport by 6:00 a.m., so I had to stay the hotel inside the airport and left my friends at this hotel. I called front desk (tablet) and they couldn't help me. They apologized and ask that I handle the transportation on my own. It's unfortunate that my friends and I had to experience this kind of service; especially at a hotel that was only 5 minutes from the airport. I booked a different hotel which cost me $333 USD and left my friends so I can catch my flight the next morning. Something to be aware of in Chitose. Rent a car or stay inside the airport if you have an early flight.

Conveniently located near Chitose Airport and good value for money

Very good and well kept. Only issue was the nearest town for any food was a 30 min walk away. Other than that, very nice property and great room.

Clean, spacious and excellence value; however, transportation to & from hotel can be a bit challenging. No convenient places for shopping or restaurants.

Was good location for the airport but, if you don’t have a car, there’s nothing nearby

It was a peaceful walk. Walkable distance to mrt. Really clean and the place really felt like home. They had such an amazing shampoo too, Provinscia, i really want to know where they buy it from too aaa. but if you do have a car it would be easier to travel but we just used the Metro

We arrived at the property at 1pm from a long bus ride from Hokkaido. It was shown that the property was 11 minutes walk from the train station but with baggage and snow on the roads, it wasn't a pleasant walk. They also failed to disclose that the property had 3 buildings so we were quite lost. It was also not disclosed that the property utilizes self check in with no step by step instructions at the property. To make things worse, since we came in early for check in time, they do not provide storage areas for luggage. We had to walk back to the station to store luggage and the station only had limited slots for luggage. When we arrived back in the evening to check in after a tiring day of touring the city, it took quite some time to check in with their virtual assistant. I don't recommend staying in this property as they do not provide any services for their guests.

Near Chitose airport, easy to take taxi from airport, cost is around 2000yen. Good place to stay,

Great place to stay near the airport. Very clean and quiet

Great location to stay when arriving late to New Chitose. Quiet location. Very clean. Great value for the price. The only inconvenience was we had some difficulty checking because the wifi was weak at reception and our cell service was not strong either. There is no in person reception. Only cloud reception available if necessary.

Very new and spacious apartment!

Spacious and great deal for the accommodations. Super close to CTS. I told my husband I’d live there.
