We were looking for a place near the bullet trains by Shin-Osaka station so we could come from Tokyo and take a day trip to Kyoto. This hotel met our expectations. It is very close to the station, clean, with wifi, and a few nice benefits. There is a very small washing machine that was useful for us. We never used it, but there were appliances such as a portable burner with pots and pans and plates if you wanted to cook. Also, the configuration for the room turned out to be useful for our family of with 3 adults. The toilet is in a separate small room with a tiny sink above when flushed. The bathroom sink and shower is in another room. And there is a small kitchen sink in the main living area. There are also several mirrors throughout. So, 3 people could get ready at the same time without waiting for the sink, bathroom, or mirror. The TV is a bit odd - it's a projection TV that we couldn't figure out, but we didn't try very hard. For the price, we found this room to be very functional and exactly what we needed as a home base for going to/from trains.

Neat and clean. Self check in with video tablet. Only noticed staff on site in the morning for cleaning after other guest check out. Laundry inside room was super convenient for a quick wash. Fit all 4 of us comfortable. Trains station a few minute walk around the corner. Was very convenient. Thank you so much, we all enjoyed out stay here.

The room and hotel were clean. The room had laundry facilities and a very small kitchenette. The main reason for the poor rating related mainly to the comfort of the room. The beds were like sleeping on the floor, not even a firm futon, but a concrete floor. The 2 seater sofa was equally as hard. The apartment style hotel had no staff onsite and communication was exceedingly difficult. it was in an exceptionally convenient area though and quiet considering the location.

Great location and hotel room had everything we needed for a family of four with 2 teenagers. We had the quadruple room (2 bunk beds) which was great. Had a great holiday & would definitely stay again.

Definitely not as foreign language friendly as other stays. We got access to a website translated to English with all the appliance manuals, but all the manuals were in Japanese with no translations. As well as the buttons around the unit. Also, there is no way to view television without signing into one of your accounts and many do not allow over seas logins so we had to screencast or use YouTube to view anything.
It was very clean and I really appreciated the washer, but was not prepared for no drying option. With the rain it was difficult to hang dry.
But overall we enjoyed the size of the room very much, and it was a generous amount of space for two people.

We had the Quadruple room which had the bunkbeds for all 4 of us. My kids LOVED IT. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. If you book early, you will get a good deal.

The hotel is basic but works. I had booked the quadruple room with the 2 bunks but the beds were not very comfortable. The comforter was plush and nice but the mattress was super thin and firm. We actually took one mattress from the top bunk and doubled up one of the lower beds to help with back pain in the morning. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear everyone walking above you. Other than those 2 things, it's a decent room. It's nice having the kitchenette. Location is great, closer to the train station, family mart and restaurants. There's baggage locks in the lobby to store your bags after check out if needed.

Good living with confort at an affordable price during November. Other than being little narrow rooms for walking freely, and bathroom door broken (while I checkds in and during the stay), everything worked out for someone planning to stay near the station (5 min walk).
