Minn Ueno

Great location, very accessible from Ueno station. Friendly staff and smooth checkin process. Good room facilities.

Good location , virtual assistant a little difficult , but otherwise great all around air in lobby was amazing

the room itself was as advertised, and honestly a little better than expected at the same time. for the location, price, and amenities, i think the MINN is one of the best options if you can afford it.

Customer service and cleanliness

Clean room. Staff is friendly.

Room was spacious and clean except for the toilet spray had dirt from previous guests. Towels were not changed daily and it is difficult to try up used towels as the bathroom doesn't have sunlight. The check in was convenient except for the requirement of getting a code was not specified during the booking. Overall, with the location and the hotel condition, it was a very good stay!

Very minimal human interaction, close to train stations

The location was close to the subway station, the surrounding area offers good dining options. The hotel reception was inefficient, we would expect front desk staff proficient in English. Breakfast was mediocre to say at least, not worth paying extra for that. Room service is not available during a short stay

Great for big families and in a great central location. I would definitely come here again. Laundry facility was good, staff when we saw them were really nice, no loud noises, many families coming in and out. Air conditioning was nice.

Amazing location.

Hard to check-in, especially after hours. Having someone in the front desk would help. Overall stay was pleasant. Location is great. Would also be great to have a luggage delivery service available.

Excellent place to stay. Very convenient to train stations and the skyline to return to Narita airport. The room itself has plenty of space for a family of four. Staff were very helpful, with a smooth check in/out process. We really enjoyed our stay here.

No front desk staff, no toothbrush and toothpaste and no other small accessories. Breakfast was too simple and poor compared to others for this price.

No one was at the front desk at most times. Had to go knock on the staff door otherwise you had a wait till they decide to come out. The carpet in the room smelled.

Minn Ueno was great for our first trip tobTokyo, 3 stops from Narita Int airport via Skyliner abt 45min, metro nearby and many eateries and shopping places. Room was spacious for our family of 5, bunk beds had plenty of room above the head, refrigerator was a plus even though we did not cook at all and did not use the stove. There were 4 washers and dryers but always occupied at night and early morning. ( everyone doing laundry before checking out)

Location was great. About a 10 minute walk from the shinkansen and centrally located to multiple JR lines within 10 minutes as well. Easy walking distance to Ueno, Ueno Park, Akihabara, and Asakusa. Hotel was clean and check in was simple since we did the pre-check in online. The room was clean and a great size for a family of four. Four beds, a sitting area, ample closet space, and a small kitchen all came in handy. As did the laundry in the lobby. Only downside was the beds were SUPER firm. Very uncomfortable for a side sleeper. Also, the pillows literally felt like they had wood chips in them and were also way too firm. Was teetering between a 3 and a 4 since the sleeping discomfort was so impactful to our four nights.

It was such a lovely hotel, clean and modern. Automated check in which was easy, but very friendly and helpful staff onsite so you never felt like no one was there. Great convenient location. We really enjoyed our stay!
