구시다진자마에 역 5번출구 바로앞에 있습니다. 여행날에 갑자기 비나 가벼운 눈이 왔는데 역 바로앞이어서 특별히 우산을 사지 않고도 지하철을 이용해서 시내에서 놀았습니다. 캐널시티도 지하도 및 통로를 이용해서 갈 수 있습니다.

飲水がなかったので少なくとも2本の水のペットボトルは必要です。料金は特別安いわけではないので部屋に飲水があればいいですね。
カードキーは使用後どうすればよいのか教えて頂きたいですね。

what we liked about this property is the location and privacy but it was our first time to stay in the hotel where no staff were presented. it could be a bit challenging if you need some help urgently. Overall was happy with the property though.

口コミ読んだ時にチェックインに矢鱈時間かかるとか色々書いてる人いたので少し予定があったから心配してたけど、届いたメールから先に宿泊税を払いなおかつアーリーチェックインしとくと次官になったらタブレット画面にQRコード見せるだけでチェックイン完了でした
多分書いたのこういうのが苦手な人なのかな？でも二階にいちおうチェックイン迄の無料休憩スペースと人も女性スタッフがいるので聞けば教えてくれると思います

無人受付、個人情報をタッチパネルで入力した後、カードキーの登録も自身で行うが、部屋に行くとカードキーが開かない。
その後、無人のフロントで電話をかけるが、カタコトの日本語で、再度いたからやり直すようにと言われ、再び住所から入れ直す。
結局、それでも同じでカード登録できないため、人が来るが、これまでにかなりの時間を費やしている。対応も最悪。
翌日部屋の清掃はあるのか？と聞くと、外国人従業員が、ハッキリとあると言うので、清掃されてると思い、連泊の部屋に戻るも、清掃されていない。
こんなに最悪なホテルに泊まったのは久しぶりで、心底気分が悪かった。
外国人従業員の語学レベルも問題だが、日本人マネージャーのホスピタリティのなさと、社内教育システムが全く機能してない。二度と泊まらないです。
