Ohana was one of the best stay in my 9-day trip in Fukuoka. I am fortunate to stay in rm#405 with my family with 3 kids. I am so happy the staff have prepared all my family's need. Top-rated experience from the moment we check-in to check-out. Staffs are all joyful and friendly, they truly care about us.
One thing I would suggest to hotel management is that hope they can inform guest in advance about upcoming events in their hotels. because we don't know there was a festival event in the hotel 七福神夏まつり until we check in, my kids were little bit disappointed they saw that but can't join because it's late and the event was closing already. If we know about that event, we sure will check-in early and enjoy more and spend more time inside the hotel.

超級好的住宿體驗：）
非常推薦有來柳川不只體驗一日遊，可以下榻藩主400年歷史的住宿一晚！
員工服務非常好，英文都很流利，而且解說設施都非常清楚！
預訂比較基礎的房間沒有直接對著日式花園，但是面對大樹也非常舒服！
泡湯要走到隔壁飯店，約5分鐘，但一點也不會覺得麻煩，走花園過去非常愜意。
早餐非常的精緻美味，是這幾年住過日式旅館中早餐最好吃的：）

庭園は旧柳川藩邸を宿泊しながら楽しめ非常に満足度の高い滞在でした。それらの見学だけでなく、宿泊者向けに夜のガイドツアーがあったり、ドリンクが用意されていて大広間や庭園を眺めながらくつろげたりと泊まるだけでなく有意義な時間を過ごせるサービスがあってもっと時間が欲しかったです。

Schönes großes Zimmer mit Aussicht auf den Garten. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass man freie Getränke in das Oohiroma des historischen Gebäudeteils mitnehmen konnte um dort die Aussicht auf den Garten zu genießen.
