We stayed 3 nights on the top floor 10, labelled as premium floor. It has a great view of the ocean. Excellent condition of the property, it is thoroughly modernised and well maintained. Service quality is great. Very pleasant stay. You may not have convenient public transport. Should have a car.
The restaurants in the property isn’t that great in my opinion.

Excellent experience for anyone who is visiting Japan. Abit pricey, but the leisure travel here was very exceptional. Staff could be abit more friendly, but overall I will come back again definitely!

Place a little outdated. They didn’t have a microwave or an iron for clothes. The room was somewhat clean flat surfaces still have a bit of dust however clean.

Would have been great it the water park was open but it was being painted. Also the only bar in the hotel was in the pool/spa area which we weren’t allowed in because my husband had a small tattoo on his shoulder. Apart from a Chinese restaurant and a 7/11, there are no other options within walking distance.

Check if Oiso Long Beach is open during your stay first. I did not. Rooms are slightly dated but still nice. The location is nice to look at but not so great for those without a car. The nearest public transport is a bus and thats 10 minutes away and another 10-15 to the train station. Food outside the hotel is also a 10 minute walk, but the food inside the hotel is good. Try their take out for way cheaper prices. Staff here will struggle with english, but they will try hard. Last, it feels like the hotel is not meant to be walked to or out of by design so eating in becomes more favorable.

The staff are terribly unfriendly and went out of their way to make our stay WORSE.
For example, we asked if they had a microwave, “Nope, we don’t have one on the property.” Really? How many rooms are there here, and you don’t have a microwave anywhere? “Actually, we don’t let guests use it, but just this once…” Seriously? It’s a thirty second inconvenience.
Also, about that family friendly pool?“No kids under 14 allowed.”
Want to enjoy the onsen with the kids? “No kids under 5 allowed.”
My advice— if you hate yourself, customer service, and especially kids, this is the place for you!
Otherwise, STEER CLEAR OF THIS AWFUL HOTEL

The hotel is OK but there is little to recommend it. Not having vegetarian or vegan options is not a surprise, but being 100% unable to accommodate was very disappointing. The beach is horrendous.

A grand hotel with a great thermal spa, saunas, onsen & infinity pool. The view of the Pacific Ocean is a must. An added bonus was an unrestricted view of Mt. Fuji from one end of the infinity pool. My only complaint was the pillows they provided; one was too hard & thick while the other was too soft & thin. I also thought the restaurants were a little pricey. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

I liked the great location of the Hotel although Covid led to the closure of some facilities I feel the hotel could be trying harder.
Great bed and comfortable pillows (...pillows that I would have been willing to buy and take home with me )..a suggestion I made to the staff upon checkout about selling the pillows to guests...but I have a feeling this won't happen unfortunately. If the khotel follows my suggestion I would love to know.Overall thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and would go back again.

Service from staff were bad and poor attitude by some. Very unlike of Prince Hotels branding. No room housekeeping provided for >2nights plan which later realized was in fine print and not mentioned clearly on booking website. Staff was rude and wasn’t even willing to change towels. Escalated to the hotel Manager and he agreed to housekeeping. Booking website needs to indicate clearly. However overall facility is modern and well maintained. Onsen was good too.

Leaves a lot to be desired especially in off season. The bar never opened and we were limited to one restaurant in the hotel. We stayed in a 4 bedroom room for our 4 person family. One of the 4 beds was so comfortable that my kids were fighting over it (as the others were barely tolerable). The tub is small and the shower is a handheld device in the room where the tub is located. We have stayed in many Prince hotels and this one is just not as nice.

The hotel is located in the Shonan area of Kanagawa and is close to Odawara or Enoshima. The hotel itself is beautiful and landscaped really nice like you are in Hawaii. Rooms are big and clean. We booked rooms with ocean view, and it was well worth the extra money. Breakfast was good, and the hotel has onsen (public Japanese bath) and a spa (with an infinity swimming pool). I think there is even a bowling facility and a go-cart place nearby. The only minor disadvantage is that there are not many restaurants nearby so if you are not willing to drive or get a cab, you are stuck at eating at one of the two restaurants in the hotel, but both places serve good food. I really cannot say anything bad about this place.
