Staff was friendly and professional. If you are a foreigner that speaks English almost every sign I saw was translated. The amenities were on every floor and were quite convenient. There is an Izakaya on the property that serves a complimentary mixed sashimi dish if you show a room key. The atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. As we do not drive a car we did a lot of walking and took local transportation whenever possible. If you happen to stay here there are some local attractions such as Pineapple park and Fruitsland which I recommend for the kids (we enjoyed it as well). Most of what we experienced was by walking. The hotel is pretty close to the beach and the view is stunning. We did a lot of exploring by foot and found ourselves at old town Nago which led us to discover many hidden treasures.
This was a trip we will not forget. Thank you again to the staff at Phoenix Park Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable.

Location is good, close to Nago Bus Terminals, across the side from the hotel front to a public park. Good service hotel There are restaurants in the hotel.

The hotel is very good, worth the most price. If we don't prepare anything, we can sleep. Because it has everything, pajamas, cosmetics, facial cleansers, shavers, lotions and everything. Good location, not far from many restaurants.

Toothbrush, hair conditioner, body cream, cleansing, make-up remover is complete. Price is not very strong. Approximately 1,000 per person each night, approximately If staying with breakfast Suggest to include breakfast as it is cheaper to eat by yourself and very worthwhile. Delicious, good quality food, very tasty, is a buffet. With a buffet of grilled salmon Overall, this is good. People renting a car are free and very good parking.

The hotel is newly renovated. Very new room, comfortable bed If traveling in the north of okinawa, sleeping here is very good. There are a lot of free parking spaces as well.
