Staff was was very helpful and professional. The rooms are VERY clean. Even the AC filters and windows were clean. I think the staff member on the card was yamaguchi? Sorry for the spelling I don't remember - it was the 8th floor. I highly recommend the breakfast. The corn soup was amazing. All was fresh and tasty.

Room is clean and hotel is very new. Staff at reception and breakfast restaurant were very helpful and polite. But being a small business hotel, room size is small and breakfast options are limited. Ample parking lots right outside the hotel.

The room was larger than expected for having twin beds. It was roomy enough to maneuver around without feeling cramped. For a hotel in this price range and category, it provided all of the amenities that is to be expected. Having a free shuttle to the airport was a nice option to have, which I took advantage of. It was surprisingly in a decent location, about a 20-30 minute walk to a small shopping center, along with other food spots within the vicinity. I would stay here again.

The hotel was convenient & had free parking for our rental that we returned the next morning. Staff were friendly. Good sushi restaurant 1 block away. "Western breakfast" was an unusual mix of breakfast & dinner items: hamburger steak with gravy, carrots & broccoli, cold soup, canned fruit salad, yogurt, lightly toasted bread & butter, milk, water, & coffee. Plenty of it!

Staff are very polite and helpful. Very nice hotel, Hard walk in snow with luggage from Chitose train station to the hotel but that’s winter in Japan. Room is small but adequate. Hotel Onsen is also small but clean and refreshing. Not bad place to stay.
