The staff are friendly. They are very helpful and tried their best to help even though they speak limited English to a tourist like me.
Rooms and toilets are being cleaned everyday.
About 8 minutes walk from Hiroshima Station, which is one of the Shinkansen main station.
High value of money as a budget hostel. Highly recommended. Thank you for the hospitality :)

スタッフの接客や立地は良かった。しかしキッチンと寝室のドアの開閉音が音が大きくて良く響くので改善できたら良いと思う。それからキッチンの話し声が夜は良く聞こえるのは構造上仕方ない気がするがやむを得ないのかな。改善出来ればベター。印象は宿泊客のモラルにかかっているがスタッフが良かっただけに少し残念でした。

低価格なのでそれなりの部屋かと思っていましたが良い意味で期待を裏切られました
寝室を含めホテル自体も綺麗で快適に過ごせました
鍵付きのロッカーもあり安心出来ました
長期滞在には不向きかもしれませんが数日ならば充分な施設でした

シャワールームはきれいで、シャワー・リンスもついていたのが嬉しい。ただ、1階に1つ、4階に3つ、6階に1つあり、混むと待つ必要があるのが苦しい。グループ部屋は宣伝素材に比べると少し暗かった印象だが、ただ、寝泊まりするには十分で、値段設定が手頃。広島旅行の拠点として正解でした。

値段の割に清潔でコスパがいいと思います。今回は共同ドミトリーに宿泊しましたが神経質の方は寝る時、物音で起きてしまうこともあるかもしれません。(自分はぐっすり眠れました！)施設の方の対応もよく、コンビニも近いので満足です。

J'avais très peur que ce soit bruyant ou pas très propre mais l'endroit est très calme et bien tenu. L'emplacement est très pratique : près de la gare (5 minutes à pied), on peut prendre le tram pas très loin non plus et on a des magasins dans un périmètre raisonnable. Pour le prix c'est une très bonne adresse !

室内は清潔でスタッフはフレンドリーで説明もよくわかったし、滞在は楽しめました。ただ、駐車場は予約が必要だったみたいで停められず残念でした。ホテルの紹介には予約がいるとか、有料とか無料とか特に書いてなかったのですが。あとはほてるのせいではありませんが、朝5時過ぎにチェックインしたお客さんがとにかくうるさくて起きてしまいました。ずっと話し声が聞こえ壁は薄いです。カープの試合があるときは泊まって騒ぎたいです。
