A great place to stay in Tokyo! The location was excellent—very close to the Ginza area and easily accessible from Haneda Airport. There was a station just a short walk away, making it convenient to get around the city. Several convenience stores were also nearby, which was super handy. The room and bathroom were spacious enough, and every room had a massage chair, which was a nice touch. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it offered great value for money with the amenities provided.

I had an excellent stay at Remm Hibiya. The location is outstanding — within easy walking distance of Ginza, Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, Hibiya Park and train stations, making it a perfect base for exploring Tokyo. One of the highlights was how spacious and comfortable the room felt for a solo traveller, especially by Tokyo standards. The natural daylight made the room feel bright and relaxing throughout the day. The staff were consistently welcoming, friendly and professional, and service was always efficient. Overall, an excellent hotel experience in a very convenient and enjoyable part of Tokyo. I would gladly stay here again.

Clean, nice staff, breakfast was quite nice! Breakfast staff were also super friendly. We had breakfast every day and we were pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed the options and quality. Internet was not good at all. After 5-10 minutes of browsing it would completely shut off. Was unable to use it. Don’t count on watching Netflix on it. There was no AC in our room and in mid April the room got VERY hot. The thermostat lets you “blow air” which took a while to figure out as it’s all in Japanese and Google Translate gave conflicting translations. It also barely blows anir and it’s not really cool. They do have a fan in the room, it is just OK. I can’t even image how hot it gets during the summer, but maybe they manage the overall temperature differently in the summer! They must… We probably would stay here again, the overall value was good. The location of this hotel was perfect for us.

The rooms are so small you don't have room to even turn around. The size of the ironing board that you can request from the front desk is large enough for baby clothes. But the staff and location are excellent. The breakfast buffet was incredible. I would stay again but only if it is no more than 2 nights. The toilet was also great 😉

The property is centrally located with tons of options for food, shopping, entertainment, transportation, etc. Anyone running the Tokyo marathon, the hotel is a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the finish line.
