Been coming back to this hotel since 2022. Great location, walking distance to our favorite restaurants, shops, and cafes! Also minutes away from train stations (Ginza, Yurakucho & Shimbashi station or maybe more) which is very convenient.

The location was strategic, located near 24-hour Donki, Family Mart, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, and a few other convenience stores. The hotel is also a 10-minute walk from Shimbashi Station and is accessible to many strategic locations. The highlight of the hotel is certainly the massage chair; for tourists that completed at least 10,000 steps a day in Japan, this chair is very helpful to give you your strength back the next day. Definitely recommend this hotel.

First hotel during our Japan trip. Located in the Ginza area, the hotel is quite near to Don Quijote and the train station. The room is quite spacious to open our 28” luggage and 2 cabin luggage. Remm provides a massage chair (which is very useful for our sore feet and back after a long walk). Also, we can take free amenities and tea/coffee by ourselves (Remm even provides an eyemask, skincare, facial mask). On our last stay before moving to Kyoto, we even used the airporter provided by the hotel to transfer our luggage to another Remm branch on our next stay in Tokyo. Super worth it!

Best Hotel, best location in Ginza, near Shimbashi Station only walking 5 minutes from hotel, nice room with massage chair, cozy bathroom with comfort shower. I really recommend this hotel.

The room that I booked is for two beds. However, they were parked together making them into one large sized bed squeezed in between one wall and the night stand. The beds had to be wedged apart at the ends before one could wiggle his way to the side of the bed. The bathroom was spacious in comparison to other Tokyo hotels I stayed in before - full bath tub with separate adjacent open shower stall, separate basin and separate toilet room. Staff were friendly. No laundry facilities on premises. Overall, good value for the rate charged.

Great location next to the Tokyo shopping district and very close to two subway stations. Rooms have a massage chair and you can ask for toiletries in case you forgot. I’d would stay again.

The room size and cleanliness were excellent. Don't waste your money on the breakfast buffet. It was unappetizing and the hours of operation were not as posted as I was treated with much aggressiveness when I arrived at 10 am to get coffee and they had stop taking hot food orders but also had closed the area despite signage indicating that it closed at 10:30 am. Additionally, only those registered to the room are allowed above the lobby level. Therefore, my son could not help me with my luggage to the room and the staff was again very aggressive in communicating this. The check-in, while easy because it's all computer automated, was somewhat impersonal. Location is convenient to two subway stations and to all the major shopping in the Ginza area.
