The room was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I didn't have the breakfast nor use the parking so I can't speak to those areas. I had an amazing stay and really enjoyed my room and the location. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the staff in the kitchen were so friendly and helpful as well. The room was very clean and fit my needs perfectly. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in town. I really enjoyed my stay and am so thankful for all of the hard work from the staff there. Thank you so much!

Pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and staff and serviceb were good. Wifi was great. Akita is a smaller city so many restaurants were closed but there was still a lot to do around the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel as it is in a very convenient location (<5 minutes from the JR station). The staff were nice and we were checked in fairly quickly. There are 4 laundry machines for this hotel to be used by the guests and we did not experience any long wait times. The only thing I was not a fan of were the pillows as they were kind of hard and not comfortable to sleep on.

It's a clean and large room. The breakfast has many choices and very good. I walled around city of Akita. Every place is nice walking distance. The staffs are very kind and knowledgeable in the area, and helped me a lot.
