For us, this felt like a true 5-star hotel—porters, multiple restaurants, security, great cleanliness, and spacious rooms. We stayed in a deluxe triple room with two double beds and a double sofa bed, which was very spacious and comfortable. One porter stood out as especially friendly and helpful with directions (wish we got his name!). The location is excellent, with direct basement access to Suitengumae Station (easy to Shibuya) and Ningyocho Station plus a 7-Eleven right across the street, connecting you to Ginza, Akihabara, and more. Rooms were serviced daily with all essentials—very convenient and enjoyable stay. Also there is KFC just 3mins walk

Staffs were friendly and welcoming. Hotel looks nice, luxury, location is very convenient, next to the TCAT ( 3 mins walking) that has limousine bus to airport and the main train station, also the subway is next to the hotel, taxi are in front of hotel if you need it; the family mark is crossed the street. Room is clean and had all things you needed, a little small with 3 luggages, breakfast was good, not a lot of choices. We liked the hotel, quiet location next to the crowded Tokyo

We booked our last night in Tokyo at the Royal Park Hotel and loved our stay. We stayed on the Executive floor so we had access to a higher level floor (with a nice view) and the Executive Lounge (which offers cocktail hour, breakfast, and tea time). It was definitely a fun splurge! I would recommend. The lobby is beautiful and staff is friendly.

This is our 2nd review of this hotel as we stayed 3 nights total over 2 bookings. In summary. The other reviews regarding this hotel are very accurate. Bathrooms are very dated and you will see better ones in a new Motel 6. Third bed is a very por quality hideabed. Honestly not acceptable. Lounge access is good and has options for everyone. Views are stunning. Staff are excellent. Location is excellent. Hotel is dated with a 1980’s vogue. Sea shells, dark woods, wainscotting etc. Very safe and quaint neighborhood.

Overall the other reviews have been accurate. As a titanium elite member with another hotel brand here are our takeaways. Location of the hotel is excellent. Access to the train system is very convenient. As is the limo bus to the airport. The area is very quaint. The hotel is dated. Overall it is very well kept other than the washrooms which are in a dire need of an update! They do not reflect ones expected experience of the hotel. Very far from it. Honestly, new Comfort Inns have nicer washrooms We opted for the lounge access suite which was spacious but the 3rd bed was the hide a bed couch. The mattress was horrible. Honestly that was not acceptable. Staff are excellent. Very well trained, professional, attentive and discrete. I was very impressed that they immediately offered us a late check out upon arrival. That made for a much more comfortable departure at the tail end of our trip. I would recommend the Lounge Access. It does have incredible views. Overall it is very well appointed and should meet everyone’s needs/choices. Bathrooms need work, 3rd bed as a hide a bed is not reflective of the level the hotel is trying to project. It does have a unique charm in that you are staying in a very well kept “time capsule”. It is the epitome i of 1980’s Park Avenue vogue and success.
