The staff was courteous and the hotel was in a nice location. The bath was very nice. The advertisement said we would have a buffet breakfast but instead they served us breakfast in the room next door to us - which was beautiful and very nice. However we had the choice of 7:30 am or an 8 am breakfast, so if you want to sleep later don't order breakfast. My husband needed to stay until 12 noon for an online meeting, but check-out time is 10 am. They charged us 3000 yen to stay an two extra hours - which I thought was too much money and a little ungracious of them.

平日でしたので訪問客はまばらでした。設備は多少古いが清潔で豪華。温泉は硫酸塩泉で、茶褐色の少し熱めのお湯。妻は気に入ったようです。

お部屋は年代を感じられましたが、旅館スタッフの感じがとても良くて、お風呂もお部屋の広さや景色も良かったです。
激安価格の宿泊だったので、旧館ということもあり畳が疲れてたりトイレが昔のタイプなので狭いです。お部屋のお掃除ももう少し丁寧にして頂きたかった点がちょっと残念かな。
新館はHPで紹介されているようなステキなお部屋だったのではないかな、と思います。
家族での宿泊で、小さすぎるトイレやお部屋からの景色やお風呂など、子供達にとってどれも楽しい思い出になりましたよ。
近場のこけし館ではこけし作りをしているおじいさんにホッコリしてきました。
お天気が雨でお散歩できませんでしたが、旅館周辺のお散歩は気持ち良さそうでした。

トイレは、和式トイレを無理矢理洋式にしており、衝撃でした。
布団が薄っぺらく、綿ぼこりがすごかったです。
3日目の掃除がかなり適当で、布団は綺麗にしてあったのですが、ゴミがそのままでした。
