The hotel and room where nice and spacious, but we got a room with shared toilet which was not clear before booking. They made up for it offering a compensation, but still USD 200 for a shared toilet room sounds excessive

Außergewöhnlich zuvorkommender Service (ich erhielt auf Wunsch ein "Western Breakfast", was nicht selbstverständlich ist); Gute Zimmer, mit Blick auf den Pond; Das Onsen ist ein wenig klein, (leider auch nur male/female getrennt); Kostenloses Parken 100 m entfernt vom Hotel.

子どもの受験に付き添って宿泊しました。早い時間にチェックインしたため、眺望のよいお部屋に通していただきました。お部屋の中は清潔でくつろげます。予約なしで入れる貸し切り風呂も利用させていただき、隣接の興福寺・五重塔を眺めながらリラックスできました。
一つだけ難点をあげるとすれば、お部屋のお手洗いで水を流す際の流水音が大きいことです。それがやや長時間続くのが気になりました。
一泊でしたが気持ちよく滞在させていただきましてありがとうございました。
