This hotel is wonderful. It’s quiet and clean. Room service is daily. Staff is friendly and speaks English really well. They allow you to hold your bags if you have an early or later flight. I don’t know how anyone could give a bad review for this hotel. We had room 303, and there were no sounds like others had complained. You can adjust air conditioning, and we never had it on high during August. Very good air conditioning. I liked that there was no carpeting and wood floors instead. Beds were comfy and super clean. There were two beds and a couch for us. It was a perfect stay. Great location! Very happy with our stay.

Convenient location. Close to restaurant, shopping, and of course Dhibuya crossing. I had the two bed room and the size is pretty big compared to the Japanese standard.

The staff was helpful and the room size (double room) was okay. Location was good as well. However, when you open the window curtains, there was a building wall with piping (so no sun light). Also, the bathroom had glass doors with curtains (so no privacy whatsoever). I wish we knew this before reserving, some people could be okay with that and other would not. This was not clear at all from the pictures.

Great location if you planning to visit Shibuya. No breakfast available but there’s plenty of places around to go eat, no gym or pool. Room was great. Staff was friendly.

I was shocked by the facilities and maintenance level of the hotel. There are molds in bathroom, wall, curtains, etc. and the room smells stinky. There is no fan in bathroom so the moisture from night shower seems to stay there overnight even till morning. Room is so tiny that there is hardly space after I put my luggage. Overall experience was terrible, and I would not recommend this to anyone till all hotels in Shibuya have been sold out.

Although the room was quite small even for Japan standard. It is very clean and amenities are always refilled. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Location very convenient. Right across family mart and 7 11. Block away from Lawson. 10 star for location, staff and amenities.

This hotel is great. Loved our shower. It was like a huge cave. Bench seat. Rainfall shower head, hand held & 10 jets. Very nice bathrobes. Bottled water, coffee Great location. Shopping, restaurants train station - very close Restaurant in basement of hotel very good. Food was excellent & very reasonable

The room was spacious for 2 of us. The twin beds were big enough to call ‘full’ there were 2 chaos and a sofa which was helpful. Closets are non existent in most hotels, but the hat stand had 6 hangers and we made do fine for 5 nights. Centrally located to subway station and lots of cafes and stores in the busy area. No problem with noise on the 7th floor. My only minus rating would be staff do not greet you. At least a hello or acknowledgment when they’re not busy.

honestly one of my favorite hotels i’ve stayed in while in japan. we loved it so much we ended up staying by twice! if you plan on going out and partying in shibuya this is the PERFECT hotel! the whole street has clubs and bars and it’s always full of life! it’s great until you’re on a lower floor and trying to sleep. sometimes that’s all you will hear at night if you’re closer to the bottom. the rooms are a great size as well! you tend to get a lot more floor space than competitors.
