Hotel is closed to shopping and train. Clean but small so if you have large luggages, you will have a hard time, unpacking and packing.

Great location, friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant reception area. 10 min walk to Shibuya Station and a 15 min walk to Yoyogi Park which is beautiful.
Not so good. The bathroom was outdated, the slimy plug didn’t fit so was unable to have a bath.

Hotel is nice but didn’t like the beds was very hard others might like that, bathroom is very small and had to step over very high bath to have shower difficult in small area

We found that the location for this hotel is great. We wishes that some of the in-lobby amenities were available in the room but it did not matter that much as we were only there for one night. Bedroom was comfortable.

It was a close 8 min walk from SHIBUYA scramble close enough to craziness but also far enough to not be in the middle

It is a good hotel for the price. The rooms are small and it’s noisy and busy which is what you’d expect in shibuya.

Liked the area and shopping that was close by. Close to shibuya station. Only downside was room was warm which we found out most places hadn’t turned on their AC’s yet. Would have like to have that option because at times was uncomfortable so we had to open window.

The hotel was great, room was small but that is common here in Japan. The location is excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The attached restaurants were very convenient. Overall, we had an excellent stay, would definitely recommend!
