Very close to the station, the room is clean, the bathroom is also clean and not cramped, the supply voltage is a lot, the service is satisfactory, the hotel recomendation.

Property is new renovated.
Room is simple decorated but clean, light color.
The staff was wonderful, very accomodated.
Included continental breakfast with fresh cooked egg everyday.
Downsize : you could hear the train until about midnight.

This was a great location, just a few minutes from the train station. The staff was very polite and the breakfast was delicious. What I found interesting was the separate space for single women travelers. Very cool! Laundry facilities were also available, which we took advantage of. If I were to go back to Osaka, I'd definitely plan to stay here again.

This hotel consisted of 3 buildings. A bit too close to train so very loud at night. The breakfast was simple but filling. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was big and spacious

Interesting concept- there is a reception building where you check in and go to eat breakfast, then, there are other buildings that have the rooms to stay in.
It is not a traditional hotel in that sense but the rooms are extremely spacious for being in the city. Also it’s just been refurbished so everything is brand new and clean.

Convenient to Shin-Osaka station! We were easily able to walk even with our large suitcases. Breakfast at the restaurant on site was amazing! Attentive staff as well. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in this part of Osaka.

Close to Shin Osaka. Just a little tricky to find coming from the station. Spacious room, newly renovated. Breakfast is a balance meal. The toilet is spacious, with great amenities. Staff are very helpful.

A short walk from Shin Osaka station, this hotel is split into 3 buildings. I stayed at the Fiore building, which felt quiet and cozy, nestled away from the city or train noise. The custom breakfast every morning felt very quaint bed and breakfast, which I really loved too! The area around still had many cute cafes and restaurants if you didn't want to make a trip to the station too. The room itself was spacious, but very plain, simple colors and no view. I still enjoyed my stay and would stay again if traveling with friends or family.
