The hotel location is very good, in the middle of the bustling Shinjuku area, short 7-10 mins walk to the station, make it easy to navigate around Tokyo. Lots and lots of shopping and eateries, airport limousine bus also stop in front of the hotel. Room is very small, but this is normal in Tokyo. Good choice if you love to stay in Shinjuku

This hotel is very friendly to foreigners. The rooms are small but very cozy so we opted for 2 rooms for 4 people. There’s 2 convenient stores, a self service currency exchange machine, a self-service coin laundry, tons of restaurants, a spa, a pharmacy, walking distance to the Shinjuku Train/Metro station but far enough away from the crowds of rush hours. Etc. etc. It is also a main dropoff/pickup stop for the Airport Limousine Bus so it’s easy to get to and from Narita and Haneda Airports.

I would stay here again. The location was convenient. In the same building, there were 3 convenient stores and a few restaurants to choose from. The room is small which is typical of many hotels in Tokyo but it was clean. The staff were also friendly.

Very convenient drop off from airport limousine bus right at the door. It is quite close to the subway station. It is quite a walk from the main tourist area if you want to be very close to the shopping area. It is on the more quiet side of Shinjuku. There is a lot of good restaurant nearby. The hotel itself is clean and staff are very nice. Room is super small but expected in Tokyo area.

The room is too small and there's no space for two people to cross No iron in the room and if you request one they ask you to come to the 3rd floor to give one

I like that the airport limousine bus goes directly to the hotel. Easy to get to/from the airport with your luggage. The property is connected underground to Shinjuku Station (approx 10 min walk). Family Mart, Lawson, Mini Stop, and 7-11 are all close by. Rooms are very small by North American standards, but very clean, and the hotel has all the amenities you would need for your stay. There is a guest laundry room, microwave room, and luggage storage if needed.

Friendly and helpful staff, luggage storage, lots of snack food options in the convenience store. Room is bigger than I expected. Especially my son threw up in the bathroom and they gave us a new room to move in very quickly. Very helpful.

This hotel felt very large and impersonal. Right from the start at the large reception area, guests were asked to use self check-in without being able to speak with an employee to welcome them to the hotel. *All of the other hotels that we stayed at while in Japan had staff on hand to welcome guests and do personalized check-in.
There were very few amenities available. Each of our two standard sized beds only came with one pillow in the room. Therefore making it a necessity to go back downstairs to retrieve an additional pillow per bed. How do they expect 2 people to sleep in the standard sized bed with only 1 pillow?
This hotel felt like a big impersonal machine (and it was the most expensive of our Japan hotel rooms as well!).
