The room looks like it’s been water damaged and the ceiling and walls were bogged with cement.
Staff were very nice but the property was very poor.
I didn’t like the communal kitchen.
I want to make a coffee first thing in the presence myself.

Good location and close proximity to attractions in the area. Great onsen at the adjoining hotel complex. Love the common kitchen and lounge at the residence wing. Rooms are a bit small and space is tight for 2 persons.

Beautiful property and amenities. Spacious and clean areas. The onsen is nice and comfortable. Check in was easy and efficient. The observatory is a bit rusty and dated. The residence is clean and nice but the temperature of the room took almost the entire to heat up.

本館？と少し離れてはいますが、大浴場にも入れて、部屋も清潔で良かったです！3階だったが、エレベータがなく、キャリーを階段で持ち運ぶ必要がありしました！

ホテル自体はとても素敵でよかったです！
車を停める際にもしっかり案内をしてくださったのですが泊まった部屋からフロントの距離よりも駐車場の方が近く、荷物を持ったままの移動が少し非効率的になりました。仕方ない事ではありますが車を停める際の案内で宿泊棟がわかればもう少し楽になるなと思いました。大浴場から露天風呂までの距離が意外とあり、寒い中での移動が少し辛かったです。
宿泊した日は子供達が楽しめるスケボー&BMXの体験があり思わぬところで思い出ができました！
