The layout of the rooms were definitely on the smaller side, but the bed was comfortable and spacious! The bathroom was very nice. The AC worked wonderfully!! we really enjoyed the area. Super convenient to be so close to the train station! Would definitely stay there again!

The best hotel in Japan. The room is quiet and the location is so convenient. The subway station is right cross the street. McDonald and 7 11, a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and a near grocery store are all nearby. The check in and check out process is so efficient. We will definitely stay here again when we back to Tokyo.

This hotel is excellent in every aspect, offering a truly wonderful stay.
The biggest issue, however, is the garbage problem. For guests who purchase food and drinks from outside, the small size of the in-room trash can makes waste disposal incredibly difficult. While housekeeping is responsible for emptying the trash can, hotel policy dictates that any garbage bags placed outside the bin are unfortunately ignored. This creates a significant inconvenience for long-term guests like us. We've had to resort to carrying our own trash out of the hotel and disposing of it at other restaurants.
Aside from this, all other services are perfectly satisfactory.

The stay was fantastic. Rooms are very small but that’s expected when staying in another country. We added the breakfast and didn’t care for it. It’s right across from the train station with a great bakery inside. You never heard the train from the hotel. It was a great stay.

I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. I had breakfast one morning and opted for the Western style buffet; the food wasn't served particularly warm, however, in the dozen or so Japanese hotels that I've stayed in the Western breakfast options never are served hot! I used a luggage transfer service (sending to another hotel in Tokyo), using the details I found at reception. The service worked fine and my bags were actually delivered in less than 30 minutes! My room was comfortable and in good condition. The room was quiet, being located on 6th floor in back of the hotel, but I would guess room's located at the front, overlooking the street, may be somewhat noisy. I would use this hotel again.

Very convenient hotel, right across metro station. Many restaurants close by and shopping. Rooms are a little small but that is most hotels in that price range in Japan. Bathroom feels like a large airplane bathroom.. decent. Suggest to book breakfast with your room.

Great location, just outside Takedanobaba Station, but rooms too small for the price! Breakfast was average, with coffee from dripping g machine and average pastries. You have to check in yourself and good luck finding directions in English.
