Great location right next to Takasaki Station. Hotel staff are friendly and get you checked-in quickly.
The rooms are decently sized by Japanese standards..they have a closet that can accommodate a suitcase, plus extra room between the bed and window for storage.
It's pretty good value for the price, and is a great place to stay when visiting Gunma. There are also direct trains to Tokyo from Takasaki Station, making for an easy commute into Tokyo if you have a JR Rail Pass.

Only one block from the train station and you can enter the building from an above ground walkway. Front desk spoke English and checkin was a breeze. I had a single room that was a typical size for a Japanese hotel of this caliber. Decor is dated but functional. The bar on the top floor has great views of Takasaki City. The hotel could do a few more elevators.

Solid hotel in the middle of Takasaki, right next to the station.
The hotel staff is very helpful and speak varying degrees of English. Rooms are larger than usual for Japanese hotels. Free wifi in the guest rooms, and overall a very affordable and nice hotel.

Personal travel to Tokyo.
If you use JR Pass (or JR East Pass...),
and if you dont mind take an hour of Shinkansen from Tokyo to Takasaki,
it will be nice for you as if can save your hotel expense! (much cheaper but same quality with business hotels in Tokyo)

Extremely convenient location. Less than 5 mins walk from train station and a minute to eateries and convenience stores. Takashimaya just 2 blocks away.
Room was small as expected but clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Washing machine and dryer provided at relatively reasonable cost which is good given the humid summer conditions and we had to wash a couple of loads during our 4-day stay there.

When I am in this area it is my hotel of choice.
Very good hotel at great price. I always book the double room for a few more dollars. The bigger
than normal bed is nice if you are used to western standards .
