The hotel was clean and fresh. Rooms are bigger than expected in tokyo which is great. Located in more of a business area so its a lot quieter at night which is nice. Close to a few metro lines so its very easy to get around tokyo.

This hotel has a breathtaking view to the entire city as it starts from the 18th floor. It is very nice and clean. The only thing to know is that when you are booking a twin room and the capacity is for 4 ppl, it is actually for 2 people. Unless you have a very small child or is used to sleeping in a small bed. Because their beds are double beds, which is slightly bigger than twin and it’s impossible for 2 ppl to sleep there.

This is the third time we stayed at this hotel, compared to a year ago, the hotel is dated and the bed is a lot harder than we remembered. We like the location since it is close to Shimbashi station but you definitely will hear the trains even if you are on the far end, we have stayed at both ends of the building as we always booked the corner room since they are bigger but still feel crammed. We had to shimmy in on one side of our king sized bed.

Very nice newer hotel with high rise rooms. Breakfast wasn’t exactly western- runny eggs, boiled meats, no pancakes etc. but that’s not uncommon for Tokyo. Quiet areas was nice to come back to each evening.

Room was a nice size and very clean, but you can hear noises from other rooms way louder than you’d want, you can also hear noise from outside as if the window is open, so expect to hear a lot of train noise and sirens way into the night and all day. The bed and pillows were also pretty uncomfortable, we stayed in 3 hotels in Japan, and this was by far the worst. I would only recommend staying here for a couple of nights, we did 6 and our sleep suffered.

Our second stay at the Blossom Hibiya and will stay again. Rooms are great, quiet. Transportation nearby. Only negative is that they no longer have good laundry machines. Last year the machines were much better and you could check from your room when they were available. That feature no longer exists and the machines they have nowadays do not dry clothes well, we had to let our clothes air dry even though we did 2 cycles in the drier. Other than that everything was great.

Amazing staff who was always very helpful, kind and accommodating. Staff service really was excellent, above and beyond. Hotel had a beautiful lobby view and a very convenient location without being in a noisy or overly touristy neighborhood.

The BEST place to stay in Tokyo hands down and our favorite hotel maybe ever. The neighborhood is quiet, but not too quiet, it’s close to the train station and everything you want to see, and the hotel itself is lovely and very spacious. The views from the room were incredible and the room itself can’t be beat. The bathroom was the best part with the humongous shower and tub! We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet (may seem pricey but worth it IMO, great choices for Western and Japanese foods) and the free lounge was nice. The staff were amazing and kind and helpful, the cherry on top!

The workers are very friendly, one thing very impressive that I wasn’t able to go to the gym to grab my boy, and called front desk ask them to help to go to the gym and let me kid know that I wanted him back to the room. They’re very helpful!!! Highly recommended to stay with this hotel, and great view with Tokyo tower.

Great Hotel, the only thing I would like to see, as an American, is a few options of American food at their restaurant. There were a lot of Americans staying at the Hotel but only Japanese food at the restaurant. I know it’s Japan but a few option would be nice.

Lodging was great, we enjoyed the staff and the views of the lobby/ our room. 1 out of the 2 elevators to the lobby’s 20th floor was not working which was a pain point for traveling to and from the hotel. Breakfast was bountiful and tasty.

The hotel starts on the 18th floor and goes up. Great views of the city. Can see the Shimbashi station about 2 blocks away. Rooms not huge but have everything you might want. Expansive breakfast buffet.
