It was an interesting hotel.
Rooms are too small, but ok for a one night with small luggage

The front was a bit confusing for labelling there was only “the lively” on the welcome mat. Rest of stay was amazing! The feeling when walking into this hotel was very youthful, staff were friendly and able to speak English.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Just wish they had a small refrigerator /freezer. There was a small ref but it was more like a cooler that didn’t really keep our drinks/food cold.

The hotel is solid the bar downstairs is Lively basically living up its name its just that it would have been nicer if it was a little bit away from the host bar venue nearby was a bunch of host clubs. Other than that solid hotel we got the basic room it was clean and professional. Would recommend this area for younger couples or single folks. Bartender knew his drinks

8階に泊まりました。部屋は広く、清潔でした。しかし、周りの音がよく聞こえます。隣の部屋の物音、シャワー室もシャワーしながらの鼻歌が上から聞こえました。居抜きで作ったホテルなのでしょうか。防音がなってないように思えました。

The hotel is not as clean as expected compare to other same stars hotel in japan. Especially was very disappointed after using the washing machine and dryer. Both machines were not working property and need to hang the clothes in a tiny room to dry them up without ebough hangers and space.
As the room are in darker end, you feel the furniture are kind of dusty. The heat in the room is very dry, and the humidity fire is all ran out for rental. It should be one of the must items in the room.
However, Location and staffs are wonderful, help us to call taxi

This is definitely a younger crowd hotel. Nice, clean, safe. It also is loud and busy. A group next to my room came in at 12:30 am and talked and laughed until around 3:30 am. Paper thin walls. I had to be up by 7 am and I could hear most of the conversation. Not helpful. Very Fun vibe though. Great location. Nice staff.
