This is the best hotel in Tokyo , so elegant and classy , we use two restaurants but it has more than 4 , the Japanese restaurant for breakfast ( the reason why we come to Japan every year is it’s breakfast, so good ) the international restaurant is really good but it also has some Japanese options for dinner , it has a mini mall which is in the basement that connects the two towers and has great shops and another Japanese restaurant that opens for lunch , you can also make yourself a suit fait à la main with great selection of tailoring from Italy , the hotel is also just aside the embassy of España and some others. And it has also a museum with a great art collection the hotel itself is a masterpiece of 1960’s Yoshiro Taniguchi which also created the MOMA of New York City ! The rooms are really big with plenty of amenities!

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Staff very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We booked a high floor room which was extremely comfortable and offered fantastic views. I would love to stay here again.

The moment you step on property, the staff is there to assistant and you feel transported. The property is absolutely beautifully maintained, calming, serene. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. This is one I return to whenever I can.

Everything's great, but for the price, you'd think there would be a better reception during check-in and in-room. Usually at these prices there are some refreshments during check-in and fruits, snacks and refreshments in the room upon first entering. There was only a dismal small cup of tea and a dry biscuit. Hotel Toranomon Hills Unbound Collection, at a lower price, has everything missing at Okura and I was staying at Heritage side no less.

The only place in Tokyo i would stay from now on. My first visit to Japan and the history and service at this hotel was outstanding.
