I cant express enough how much i LOVED this hotel. It was wonderful. The location was amazing. The room and view fabulous. The staff so caring and excellent. The only place in Tokyo i would stay from now on. My first visit to Japan and the history and service at this hotel was outstanding. The concierge reached out before hand to see if i needed reservations something i very much appreciated - love love love

Outstanding hotel with superb staff. Facilities were outstanding. Room was exceptional. Staff very helpful, went out of thier way to ensure satisfaction. Location near embassies is quiet so finding restaurants nearby takes a little work.

Everything's great, but for the price, you'd think there would be a better reception during check-in and in-room. Usually at these prices there are some refreshments during check-in and fruits, snacks and refreshments in the room upon first entering. There was only a dismal small cup of tea and a dry biscuit. Hotel Toranomon Hills Unbound Collection, at a lower price, has everything missing at Okura and I was staying at Heritage side no less.
