By far, The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo was our favorite hotel on this trip. We booked three executive rooms, and every aspect of our stay was simply outstanding. From the impeccable service to the exquisite food, breathtaking views, and elegant design, everything exceeded our expectations.
The hotel team went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The location was also perfect convenient and well connected.
Without a doubt, we will be returning to this hotel on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Some construction work going on in vicinity but didn’t affect our stay. Hotel was stunning - modern and classic, lots of very elegant touches like nightgowns, lots of bathroom amenities and the team were super friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

We had 5 nights and it was a great experience. We had free Sauna and free welcome drink for everybody because of the expedia benefit. The room was perfect for family trip because we asked to add an extra bed and it was quite large and comfortable compared to the other hotels in Tokyo. The house keeping placed free chocolate and water each day and it was nice to start each day with these desert. The Japanese backyard is also beautiful and it is shared by the other two The Prince Hotels. The Sakura Tower is a 4 star resort but the experience was the best I have ever had. Perfect for family trip in Tokyo!

Good service and hospitality at this hotel. Caters to international travelers and a convenient location with Shinagawa Station, restaurants and convenience store within walking distance. Concierge staff were wonderful! They took care of our luggage (15 ) for early check in and called a taxi for us (seats 6). The breakfast was ok but fresh. I wished there were more options. It’s conveniently located next to a major subway station. Linked to 3 other Prince hotels.

Good Hotel at a great location (very close to Shinagawa station). Has all the amenities. I would not give it a 5 star hotel rating, more like a 4.5 stars. That is due to the fact that all restaurants close for food at 9:30pm and that the front desk closes at 9pm. Other then that it is an outstanding choice to explore Tokyo

We chose this hotel because I had business there but chose to extend our stay. This hotel was beautiful and conveniently located, just quick walk from the train station. Great for business and for a romantic getaway. The breakfast was wonderful!
