Great place to stay! Efficient check in and out. Staff very friendly. Great location near Hakata station and lots to do within walking distance. The bathrooms were amaxing! Our room had a rain shower head in the ceiling and it was WONDERFUL after a day of walking around.

Check in was smooth. Front desk staff is helpful but could use a bit more tact to manage non speaking Japanese language client. The male staff are more patient and empathetic compare to the female counterparts. That is my personal encounter. Overall, it is a well located hotel. Nearby has convenience store and ramen shop which is very yummy.
Rooms size is adequate if you do not have more than 2 big luggages and small baggages. Problems to hang more clothes as the open wardrobe is small. Safe box is provided and easy to use.
Daily replenishment of water which is very much appreciated.
Thank you for the hospitality and assistance once again to the hotel.

The staff were amazing and the room wasn’t as tiny as some others, also within 10 minutes walk from Fukuoka Hakata Station.
However the breakfast was not very satisfactory for western tourists as almost everything was Japanese food which we enjoy just not for breakfast please. The chairs were mostly dirty and stained and coffee was just instant coffee from a machine, not expresso.

I have enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and within close walking distance from Hakata station. The front desk receptionist (Ms Wan 溫) has performed excellent services for our stay. She is very pleasant; friendly and helpful and has met with our satisfaction. I am very impressed by her good attitude and she always show her enthusiasm to help and answer our questions with her best knowledge. A great hotel staff from the organization.

Within walking distance from the major Hakata station, this no-frills Hotel has a rustic vibes to it. It does not have a gym, or hot bath, etc to it, but it has a dining area along with a bar. Stayed in the premium floor, but did not feel much difference about it other than having voucher for breakfast and bar for every day stayed. Price is also reasonable and cheaper compared to other hotels in the same area. Double bed room is pretty big, with a huge toilet. It is not as baby friendly as I had expected even though it came with baby toiletries. Loved my stay but would probably try staying in other nearby hotels for my next visit in Fukuoka

The room was OK but certainly nothing special. Same could be said about the hotel breakfast, which was not inexpensive. We found another hotel on the third day of our stay that was MUCH better (both Asian and Western items for a minimal amount more). Cleanliness was fair. Towels were cheap and not in abundance, and while they provided two plastic glasses for the bathroom, none available for cold drinks. I left a used glass out two days before it was replaced with a clean glass. Overall, I felt like the hotel was being cheap/not generous with things that could be rectified easily. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.
