We had a flight from Haneda terminal 3, we decided to stay in royal park hotel night before our flight,
Hotel was ideal for our flight, 5-10 min walk to terminal 3, we had a meal in the hotel restaurant which was lovely and not to expensive, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and pleasant,

Love that it is connected to Haneda and departure area close. They held our bags till we were ready to depart - giving us time to see more sites in Tokyo. Recommend this hotel for anyone flying into/ out of Haneda for its convenient location and great customer service.

Works if you need to fly out from Terminal 3. I didn't like the computer checkin and checkout. The hallway we were in seemed endlessly long. The room was average. The breakfast buffet was ok.

Beds were extremely hard and the pillows were very uncomfortable and had some sort of beads in them . To not have access to a smart TV with access to Netflix and Hulu and to not have access to any English TV was a very big letdown. This RoyalPark hotel is right smack inside T3 HND airport. Hotel staff provides good services and bedroom is clean but I cannot say the same about room deco and furnishings because they are not. It takes about 30 minutes of the AC to kick in to full blast. The humidifier in the room does not provide translation so guests would not know which button to push to turn on the unit. The furniture has seen better days, old and chipped. It would make the room much brighter and less dingy if the furniture is of a lighter color and the carpet is not dark brown. The only gem about the room is the gadgets (has English translation) for the toilet. It is almost like a mini spa for your tush. I chose Royal Park for an overnight stay for the next day’s flight out of HND airport. Would I stay here again, no ….
